We do not offer guaranteed color matching. We do not guarantee the colors on apparel/uniforms will match other manufacturers products, the colors visible on your computer monitor/phone of your mock up, or your last order or previous season's apparel/uniform whether from Driven or an outside company. Every color will print differently depending on the fabric, therefore we do not offer refunds for color issues for shades of color. We offer NO REFUNDS in any of the above mentioned.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Because our products are custom, we DO NOT allow returns or exchanges and they DO NOT come with a warranty. Style, design, colors, logos are very specific to each buyer, therefore all sales are final. After thorough inspection, if damaged, customer will have 7 days from arrival to notify us of the damage. Please email us a photo (firstname.lastname@example.org), and we will inspect the issue and determine if a refund or replacement will be issued. Once decorated, washed, or worn, apparel/uniforms cannot be returned for any reason due to the nature of their use.
